When I was 24... i walked away from rugby league after suffering my 3rd serious injury.
Having already experienced serious rejection earlier in my playing days... I knew this time... I was done.
I can only begin to explain the emotions that followed... Anger.... frustration.... not feeling good enough, lost and even empty.
For years I struggled to process everything that’d happened, Until my journey lead me to where I am now...
